摘要
本文依据GJB9001B-2009《质量管理体系要求》关于产品实现过程的质量控制要求,立足一体化综合试验平台建设实际,简要分析了其作用、基本构成和建设流程,并针对各分系统不同的实现途径,对自主研发、外包、采购三个典型实现过程进行了识别和质量控制流程策划,提出了相应的质量控制措施,为进一步加强一体化综合试验平台质量建设提供了依据。
According to GJB9001B-2009 ＂Quality Management Systems Requirements＂ about quality control demands of product realizing process, established in integrate all-around testing foundation construct practicality, the article analysed the function, basic composing and construct flow of which in brief, identified three typical realizing process of uninfluenced research and development, outsourcing and purchasing aiming at every system different realizing approach, planed quality control process, brought forward relevant quality control measures, offered the gist of enhancing integrate all-around testing foundation quality construct uheriorly.
