摘要
主要介绍了针对多阳极光电倍增管读出ASIC设计,该设计主要应用于散裂中子源中子谱仪中的高通量粉末衍射仪的读出电子学系统中[1]。设计采用了Chartered 0.35μm CMOS工艺,整个芯片集成了32通道,每个通道包含前置放大器、积分电路以及比较器等部分,分别实现快速放大、积分、甄别和整形输出等功能。要求前放增益可调,能够准确分辨出中子和γ信号。
It mainly introduces a readout ASIC designed for a multi anode photomultiplier tube, which is main ly applied to the hash neutron source neutron spectrometer of high flux powder diffraction readout system. This design using the Chartered 0.35 izm CMOS process, integrates 32 channels, each channel containing a pream plifier, a shaper put. Adjustable and a discriminator, to achieve rapid amplification, shaping, discrimination and shaping out gain of preamplifier and accurately to distinguish neutron and gamma signal are required.
