摘要
基于偏离份额分析(SSA)方法,分别以全国和发达区域为参照区,对2004年以来江苏服务业行业竞争力进行实证分析.研究发现:1)相对于全国和发达区域,江苏服务业整体经济增量均大于其区域份额分量,整体增速较快;2)属于信息、知识和技术密集的生产性服务业结构贡献率差,尤其是以发达区域为参照的总体结构效果指数小于1,表明江苏现代服务业发展缓慢,结构性问题突出;3)相对于全国和发达区域,几乎所有服务行业部门竞争偏量均为正,服务业总体竞争效果指数大于1,表明江苏服务业各行业部门具有较强的相对竞争能力,服务业发展势头强劲;4)江苏服务业行业效果指数大于1,综合发展潜力大.
Taking the national and the developed areas as reference region respectively, the shift-share analysis model is employed to analyze the competitiveness of service industry in Jiangsu since 2004. The results show that： 1） The service industry of Jiangsu is increasing fast. In the model, relative to the national and the developed areas, the whole increments of service industry are both more than its regional shares in Jiangsu. 2） The structure contribution of hi-tech producer services is not high, especially, relative to the developed areas, the whole structure effect index of Jiangsu＇s service industry is less than 1. This indicates the modern service industry of Jiangsu develops slowly and the structural problem is outstanding. 3） Relative to the national and the developed areas, almost all the differential shifts of the service industry are positive, the whole effect indexes of competition are both more than 1, all these in- dicate the competitiveness of the Jiangsu＇s service industry is relatively strong and the service industry will take on a good development situation. And 4） the whole effect index is more than 1, the service industry in Jiangsu has a great comprehensive developing potential.
