摘要
目的:比较乳牙一次法和多次法根管治疗的疗效。方法:纳入在我科就诊符合慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎的患牙221例,随机分成2组,试验组(112例)采用一次法根管治疗,对照组(109例)采用多次法根管治疗,观察术后7 d的疼痛发生情况及术后6月、1年和2年的临床疗效。结果:试验组和对照组术后7 d疼痛发生率分别为17.0%和13.8%(P>0.05);试验组术后6月、1年、2年的总有效率分别为88.4%、83.9%和79.5%;对照组术后6月、1年、2年的总有效率分别为91.7%、86.2%和80.7%(同期比较,2组总有效率P>0.05)。结论:一次法根管治疗术治疗乳牙慢性牙髓炎和根尖周炎临床疗效与传统多次法根管治疗术差别无显著意义。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of one-visit and multi-visit root canal therapy of primary teeth. Methods： 221 primary teeth with chronic endodontitis and chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into one-visit group（ n = 112） and multi-visit group （n = 109）. The comparisons of the postoperative pain levels at 7 days after therapy and effective rates at 6 months, 1 and 2 years after therapy were conducted between the two groups. Results： 7 days after operation the postoperative pain incidence in one-visit group and multi-visit group was 17.0% and 13.8% respectively（P 〉0.05）. After 6 months, 1 year and 2 years, the effec- tive rates of one-visit group were 88.4% , 83.9% and 79.5%, while those of multi-visit group were 91.7%, 86.2% and 80.7% re- spectively（ at the same follow-up time ,P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： One-visit root canal therapy is as effective as multi-visit therapy in the treatment of chronic endodontitis and chronic apical periodontitis of primary.
