宫内外复合妊娠足月分娩并产时大出血一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者38岁.孕2产0.因停经8个多月,胎动4个月于2011年7月26日入院.平素月经规律,孕前行子宫输卵管造影,诊断为＂双角子宫＂,孕期无明显早孕反应,孕2～3个月时因阴道流血行保胎治疗后好转（用药不详）.孕期有规范产检,多次行产前B超检查均提示双子宫妊娠？其余检查无明显异常,为行剖宫产术入院.既往体健,2009年曾行＂输卵管整形术＂.8年前于孕40d行药物流产.入院查体无异常, 产科检查：双胎胎位分别为左骶前/右枕前,胎心率146/142次,无宫缩.B超检查提示宫腔内见双胎,双胎胎儿双顶径均为8.5 cm,羊水指数（AFI）16.6 cm,胎心率141/139次,胎盘位于宫体前壁及侧壁,成熟度Ⅱ级.入院诊断：（1）孕2产0,孕37周＋1;（2）双胎妊娠;（3）高龄初产;（4） 双角子宫？
