摘要 为了防止煤炭在储运过程中发生自燃现象而引起火灾,本文根据弗兰克-卡门涅茨基自燃理论,利用MATLAB平台建立模型进行了数值模拟,研究了煤炭在储运过程中堆放的形状、尺寸与环境温度的相互关系。结果表明:在煤炭堆放形状确定的情况下,煤炭堆放的临界特征尺寸与临界环境温度呈非线性的递减关系。据此可通过控制煤炭在储运过程中的堆放形状、特征尺寸和环境温度,以有效地防止煤炭自燃的发生。 In order to prevent the fire disaster caused by the spontaneous combustion of coal in storage and transportation, this paper carries out a numerical simulation using MATLAB based on the F-K module and explores the relationship among the shape, size and storage temperature of coal. The results show that the critical feature size of coal stack has a nonlinear relationship with its critical storage temperature when the stack shape is fixed. According to the results, the forms of coal stack and environment temperature in the transportation are put forward. This study can provide the theoretical guidance for effectively preventing the spontaneous combustion of coal in storage and transportation.
