摘要
本文以天然药物化学设计性实验为例，探讨实验教学改革与创新人才培养的关系，提出从实验教学模式、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理等方面进行改革，培养具有较强动手能力、创新能力、分析问题能力，能够适应社会需求的综合型人才。
