摘要
对100例痔瘘手术后所产生的创伤性尿潴留患者进行了足反射区及经穴按摩和肌注新斯的明常规处置对比观察。结果:反射疗法组治愈率为94％,常规组治愈率为72％,经统计学处理:两组治愈率具有非常显著之差异(P<0.01)。提示:反射疗法组在治疗创伤性尿潴留中疗效明显优于常规治疗组。
100 cases of traumatic urinary retention after operations on hemorrhoids or fistulas were treated by reflexotherapy combined with massage on acupuncture points, or by conventional method of neostigmine injection to make a comparative observation.Result; The curative rate of the reflexotherapy group was 94% while that of the conventional group was 72%. This indicated a highly remarkable difference (p<0. 01) in favor of the reflexotherapy group.
