摘要
建兰路步行街改造是兰州市商业布局的重头戏。该文着重从运行中存在的问题入手,结合步行街的区位优势和合理布局及科学的功能定位,分析了商业街的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。并依照城市商业步行街的规划设计要点及指导原则,对如何构造良好的商贸环境意象、丰富的空间形式、独特的街区景观等方面提出了一些建议。
The rebuild of JianLan commercial walking street is the important project of commercial layout of Lanzhou. Through the problem of walking street running, the paper integrated the section advantage, rational layout and scientific function orientation of the street, discussed the social benefit, economic benefit and environment benefit. In accordance with the plan outline and the golden rule of urban commercial walking street, the paper gived some advice for how to construct good commercial environment image, plenty of space form and unique block： sight.
