摘要
心包炎的心电图表现传统概念是广泛ST—T改变，T波低平、等电位、双向或倒置，同时可有QRS波群低电压及窦性心动过速（除外粘液性心包炎）三大特点。近来研究发现心脏电交替，V6ST段抬高与T波比值，PR段偏移是心包炎心电图表现新的三大特点，尤其是aVRPR段水平抬高是心包炎特征性表现，具有较高的诊断价值。
