摘要
台湾地区高等学校大学生心理辅导的发展可分为启蒙生长期、全面推广期和深化发展期三个阶段,其发展特点主要有自上而下,官方推动;内容丰富,形式多样;机构完备,职能明确;多方协作,网络健全;队伍整齐,专业化高。大陆高等学校可借鉴其发展特点,从强化政府指导,积极推进心理辅导发展;加强队伍建设,努力提高心理辅导水平;充实辅导内容,探索高等学校大学生心理辅导体系;依托现代信息技术,推进学校心理辅导现代化进程;整合各方资源,构建学校、家庭和社会有机结合的心理辅导网络五个方面来推动高等学校大学生心理辅导工作的进一步发展。
The student psychological counseling development in Taiwan＇s Institutes of Higher Learning is divided into three phases：infancy period,promotional period and furthering practical period,showing such characteristics as government promotion,content substantiality,formal diversification,sound organizational structure,multifarious cooperation and professional consulting service.Considering the development and characteristics thereof,the colleges and universities in the mainland are suggested to further promote the development of the student psychological counseling with the measures of strengthening the government instruction,improving the quality of professional staff,enriching the counseling content,trying to modernize psychological counseling,and integrating the psychologically educational resources from family,school and society so as to construct a network of student psychological counseling.
