摘要
西周涉法铭文虽不多,但因涉及铭文考释、研究方法等问题,目前研究比较薄弱。整理出"讼"、"告"、"罚"、"白"四则法律词语并加以训释,可填补西周涉法铭文的研究空白。
The inscriptions involving laws on Western Zhou bronzes are rare and few, but because of the problems in intepretation and ethodoloy, they are inadequately studied. In this pay, the four items＂ Song＂（讼）, ＂gao＂ （告）, ＂fa＂ （ 罚 ） and＂ bai＂ （白） are sorted and explained to fill the blank in this field.
