定向射孔多缝压裂技术在长庆油田的应用与认识

摘要 在理论研究和广泛调研的基础上,确定了多缝压裂的技术思路,通过层内形成多裂缝来进一步提高油层横向动用程度,扩大泄油面积,从而达到大幅提高产量的目的。在物模实验的启发下.创造性提出了定向射孔+多缝压裂的新型技术,该技术通过定向射孔诱导迫使初始裂缝转向,最终形成相互独立的多缝。现场应用70口井,井均日增油0.6t,A井区试验井投产初期井均日增油1.2t,实践证明通过多缝压裂提高泄油面积可以达到增产的目的。 on the basis of the theoretical study and extensive research to determine the ideas of multi-seam frac- turing technology to further improve the reservoir horizontal producing extent, expansion of the oil spill area by the formation of multi-cracks within the layer, so as to achieve a substantial increase in the production.Inspired by the physical model experiments, creative oriented perforating + multi-seam fracturing of the new technology, the technology oriented perforating initial cracks induced by forcing the turn, and ultimately the formation of in- dependent multi-seam.Field applications 70 wells,wells are increasing oil 0.6t A well test wells in the initial production wells are increasing oil 1.2t Practice has proved to improve the oil spill area can be achieved to in- crease production through a multi-seam fracturing.
