摘要
目的 :了解劳改干警健康知识的掌握程度、卫生行为形成情况及健康知识的需求情况 ,为健康教育干预提供依据。方法 :对800多名劳改干警进行问卷调查。结果 :劳改干警的健康知识知晓率为83 74 % ;常见卫生行为形成率为74 89% ;男性为71 87 % ,女性为89 02 % ,男女比较有显著性差异 ;对健康知识的需求情况依次为 :营养与膳食卫生知识、科学的生活方式、常见病防治知识及日常生活卫生知识。结论 :劳改干警对卫生保健知识的了解程度高于一般市民 。
objective: To know the understanding rate of health knowledge, common healthy behavior forming rate, and needs for health knowledge among police officers engaged in reform through labor. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 850 police officer working in a reform through labor farm. Results: The understanding rate of health knowledge is 83.74%, common healthy behavior forming rate is 74.89%(71.87%among males, 89.02%among females, with a difference statistically significant). Their needs for health knowledge are arranged according to the extent of need therefor as nutrition and dietary hygiene knowledge, scientific life style, control of common diseases, health knowledge in daily life, etc.. Conclusion: The understanding rate of health knowledge among police officers engaged in reform through labor is higher than that among general townspeople. However, the healthy behavior forming rate among them is to be raised.
