摘要
目的探讨前馈控制在手术室护理中的应用及意义。方法以2010年1月～2012年1月手术室病例300例为研究对象,按照手术的先后顺序将患者随机分为两组各150例,对照组采用常规手术室护理,实验组给予前馈控制护理,观察对比两组患者护理缺陷发生率和患者满意度。结果实验组患者的护理缺陷发生率更低,患者满意度更高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义[0.67%(1/150)比6.67%(10/150),(9.65±0.14)分比(8.22±0.37)分](P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理工作中使用前馈控制有助于降低护理缺陷,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application and significance of the feedforward control in the operating room nursing.Methods 300 cases of hospital operating room from January 2010 to January 2012 were chosen for the study,patients were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the order of the operation,the control group used conventional operating room nursing,the experimental group was given the feedforward control care,nursing defects of the incidence and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing defects and in the experimental group care were lower,patient satisfaction were higher compared with the control group,there were significantly different（P0.05） between two groups.Conclusion The use of feedforward control can help reduce the nursing defects,improve quality of care in the operating room nursing.
