摘要
自从改革开放以来,我国经济体制得以不断完善及健全,干部人事制度改革也随之得以逐步的深入,干部人才工作开始出现诸多的新问题和新情况,这便使得干部人事档案工作逐渐地面临更多全新的挑战。在当前形势下,我国的干部人事档案工作要想真正地做到与时俱进,要想将发展的步伐加快,要想将干部人事档案管理部门所具备的职责充分地加以发挥,进而更好地服务于干部人事工作,那么就需要积极采取行之有效的策略。本文针对我国干部人事档案工作的管理现状,详细分析了干部人事档案管理中所存在的诸多问题,并且对强化干部人事档案管理的有效措施作了深入的探究。
Since the reform and opening-up, China＇s economic system is able to continuously improve and perfect, as well as cadre personnel system, but there are many new problems in cadre work, which proposes more new challenges. In the cur- rent situation, positive and effective measures should be taken to reform cadre personnel archive management, which is dis- cussed in this paper.
