基于德育视角的高校网络舆情管理机制探讨 被引量:1

摘要 新媒体环境下的高校网络舆情调控和引导是高校德育工作无法回避的问题,舆情引导工作的质量将直接关系到高校的和谐稳定和德育工作的实效性。当前,高校网络舆情存在舆情主体缺乏引导性、舆论监控缺乏常态性、舆情研究缺乏系统性等问题。基于高校德育视角的高校网络舆情的策略与机制,需要从技术支持、队伍建设、提升网络话语权等角度系统考察,强调网络德育运行的畅通、网络危机应对机制以及管理服务一体化互动机制的建构。 The regulation and guidance of college online public sentiment in the new media environment has become a problem that cannot be avoided in college moral education, and the quality of public sentiment guidance will be directly related to the effec- tiveness of the work of college harmony and stability and moral e- ducation. Currently, college online public sentiment is lack of guidance of public sentiment, lack of normality of public senti- ment monitoring, and lack of system in public sentiment research. Strategy and mechanism based on college moral education per- spective should be observed from the angle of technical support, team building, and enhancing online voice power, emphasizing the smooth running of online moral edueation, the response mechanism of network crisis, and the construction of integrated interactive mechanism for management and service.
