镍基高温合金铂铝涂层热腐蚀稳定性研究

摘要 本文叙述了DD-3单晶镍基合金上铂铝涂层的耐腐蚀性能,试验结果表明,铂铝涂层的防护效果随铝浓度而变化。当涂层中出现PtAl_2时,涂层具有显著的防护效果。镀有3μm厚铂层的铂铝涂层,可显著地改善铂铝涂层的耐腐蚀性能。本文还探讨了铂铝涂层的耐腐蚀机理。 This paper described hot corrosion resistance of platinum aluminide coating on DD-3 single-crystal superalloy. Test evaluation of the coating showed that protective effect of the Pt-Al coating changed with the difference of aluminium content. When PtAl_2 phase occured in the coating, it had remarkable protectiv effect. When the thickness of Pt layer increased up to 3μm, the hot corrosion resistance of aluminide coating improved greatly. In the Paper hot corrosion resistance mechanism of Pt-Al coating was also investigated.
