摘要 应力强度因子解是材料和结构的疲劳断裂分析必不可少的条件。工程实际中大量的裂纹问题常以非穿透形式的三维裂纹出现。由于问题的复杂性,它们的求解一般要采用昂贵的数值计算方法,因此发展简单,经济而又具有满意精度的求解三维裂纹应力强度因子的方法在理论和实践上都有很大的意义,长期以来一直是断裂力学领域的一项重要课题。近年来作者致力于三维裂纹分析的权函数理论及应用的研究,发展出了一种效率高、精度好、使用简单、适用范围广的三维权函数法,并用它求解了一大批在工程上有重要意义的三维裂纹问题。本文是对这一工作的概述,文中介绍了这一方法的基本理论及对内埋椭圆裂纹、孔边表面裂纹及角裂纹、缺口表面裂纹及角裂纹、平板表面裂纹及角裂纹这七类典型的三维裂纹问题的应用。 Stress intesity factor is a key parameter in fatigue and fracture analysis of structures and materials. The most commonly encountered crack problems are three-dimensiona1. Due to the complexities the determination of stress intensity factors for part-through cracks has heavily relied on sophisticated numerical techniques, which are so expensive that it is prohibited to pursue routine fatigue and fracture analyses in engineering practice by the numerical methods. Thus development of techniques which are simple, cost-effective and accurate has long been an important task in fracture mechanics research. In recent years a great effort has been made by the authors towards this. As a result a three-dimensional weight function method has been developed. This method has been used to analyse the following seven kinds of three-dimensinoal crack problems:embedded elliptical cracks, surface and corner cracks at hole, surface and corner crack at notch, and surface and corner cracks in plates. A lot of new stress intensity factor Solutions of practical interest has been provided. The wide application of this weight function method has demonstrated its simplicity, versatility, cost-effectiveness and high accuracy. This paper is a brief review of the three-dimensional weight function method and its application.
