摘要
目的:了解呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为加强合理应用与管理抗菌药物提供依据。方法:以随机抽样法抽取2010年呼吸内科使用抗菌药物归档住院病历243份,采取逐份检查并记录存在的问题,通过Excel表进行汇总统计分析。结果:243份病历,抗菌药物静脉用药共计12大类30个品种;口服用药共计6大类14个品种。其中单一用药22例,占9.05%;二联用药212例,占87.24%;三联用药9例,占3.70%。结论:抗菌药物在呼吸内科住院患者中的使用基本合理,但也存在一些问题需要改进和加强管理。
OBJECTIVE ： To probe into the antibiotic use in the inpatients with respiratory diseases for reference of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： The medical records of a total of 243 patients treated with antibiotics in the department of respiratory medicine during 2010 were reviewed with problems noted and a recta-analysis on which was performed using excel table. RESULTS： Among the 243 cases reviewed, the antibiotics administered intravenously totaled 12 categories in 30 kinds and the antibiotics administered orally totaled 6 categories in 14 kinds. 22 （9.05%） received single kind antibiotics, 212 （ 87.24% ） received two kinds and 9 （3.70%） three kinds in combination. CONCLUSION： The antibiotic use in the inpatients of the respiratory medicine department was rational on the whole yet there were still problems remains to he solved and it is urgent to tighten control on the antibiotic use.
