摘要
目的:分析2009—2011年我院颅内损伤患者的用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用药历统计软件对2009—2011年我院颅内损伤患者的用药品种、销售金额、用药数量进行统计,并计算出各药用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和排序比(B/A)。结果:颅内损伤患者主要使用的药物为抗感染药与调节水、热量、电解质平衡药及心血管系统用药,主要为对症治疗的药物。结论:我院颅内损伤患者用药情况基本合理。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the drug use in the patients with intracranial injury in our hospital during 2009-2011 so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The medication history statistical software was applied for statistical analysis of the drug use in patients with intracranial injury in our hospital during 2009-2011 with regard to drug varieties,consumption sum,consumption amount,DDDs,defined daily cost（DDC） and sequential ratio（B/A）.RESULTS： The most frequently used drugs for patients with intracranial injury in our hospital induced anti-infective drugs,drugs for electrolyte balance,and cardiovascular drugs,and the drugs were used mainly for symptomatic treatment.CONCLUSION： The drug use in patients with intracranial injury in our hospital during 2009-2011 was basically rational.
