摘要
目的:通过对上海市郊区13所二级医院1999-2009年经济运行状况的分析,分析其经济运行中存在的问题。方法:采用描述性分析的方法对医院主要的经济指标及其变化趋势进行分析。结果:上海市郊区二级医院经济运营较为稳定,运行效率平稳提高。结论 :上海市郊区二级医院存在政府投入不足、医院自我补偿能力薄弱等问题,提出了完善补偿机制,提高医院医疗水平和质量等建议。
Objective： To conduct economic operation analysis of 13 suburban secondary hospitals in Shanghai from 1999 through 2009 and understand the problems in their development.Methods：Descriptive analysis methods were used to analyze the main economic indicators and development trends of hospitals.Results： Economic operation of Shanghai suburban secondary hospitals is stable and the operation efficiency increases steadily.Conclusion： Shanghai suburban secondary hospitals are lack of government investment and have a weak capacity of self-compensation.It is suggested to improve hospital compensation mechanism and the quality of medical care.
