环氧化天然橡胶对天然橡胶/二氧化硅复合材料微观结构和性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of epoxidized natural rubber on morphology and properties of natural rubber/silica composites

摘要 采用机械混炼法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/SiO2复合材料,用扫描电子显微镜表征了环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)填充NR/SiO2复合材料的微观形貌,分别考察了ENR用量对NR/SiO2复合材料硫化特性、拉伸性能、动态力学性能及压缩疲劳生热的影响。结果表明,ENR的加入减弱了SiO2的团聚现象,改善了SiO2在NR基体中的分散状况,但当ENR用量较多时,SiO2倾向于分散在ENR基体中;ENR的加入对NR/SiO2复合材料的硫化特性影响较小,拉伸性能和抗湿滑性得到改善,滚动阻力影响不大,动态压缩疲劳生热降低。当ENR用量为20份时,NR/SiO2复合材料的综合性能最佳。 Natural rubber(NR)/SiO2 composites were prepared by mechanical mixing,the morphology of NR/SiO2 composites filled with epoxidized natural rubber(ENR) was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the effects of ENR amount on the curing characteristics,tensile properties,dynamic mechanical properties and compression fatique heat build-up of NR/SiO2 composites were investigated.The results showed that addition of ENR decreased the aggregation of SiO2 and improved the dispersion of SiO2 in NR matrix.When the ENR amount was much,SiO2 tended to disperse in ENR matrix.ENR had no sigificant effect on curing characteristics and rolling resistance,and improved tensile properties,skid resistance and compression fatique heat build-up.When ENR was 20 phr,NR/SiO2 composites had optimum comprehensive properties.
