摘要
河曲电厂二期#3、#4机组存在制粉系统出力不足、一次风机选型不当致使出力不足等问题,导致机组协调控制系统对AGC指令响应慢和稳态时主蒸汽压力偏差大,达不到电网调度中心对AGC的要求,同时严重影响了机组的安全性和经济性。对此,在原控制策略的基础上,结合工程实际,提出了合理的控制策略。利用并行前馈、动态参数补偿等手段对主要控制策略进行了修改,并对相关控制函数及调节参数进行了优化。优化后在AGC方式下可适应较大范围的负荷变化。
There are some problems with No.3 and No.4 units in Hequ Power Plant,such as insufficient output of boiler pulverized system and primary fan etc.,resulting in slow response of AGC instructions and large deviation of steady superheated steam pressure.These make units can't meet the requirement of the dispatch center on AGC while seriously affect the unit safety and unit economy.For this,based on the original control strategy,combined with engineering practice,the reasonable control strategy was proposed.Using parallel feed-forward and dynamic parameter compensation,the main control strategies,such as coordinated control etc.,have been corrected,and the related control function and regulation parameters being optimized.After optimization,the units can suit to load changer in a large range under AGC mode.
