摘要
本文介绍正在研制的1英寸硅靶视象管。该管采用了三种新的技术措施:光纤面板作为输入窗;FPS 系统作为扫描系统;适当降低了原有三极枪的惰性并在结构上采用了新的抗震技术。从而使该管具有一系列新的良好性能,具有开创新领域应用的较好条件。最后,还简要地介绍采用 FPS 系统的视象管目前发展的动向,从而预示着全静电视象管实用性问题的真正解决,将使真空摄象器件更能与 CCD 等固体摄象器件进行有力的竞争。
A developing 1'silicon target vidicon with optic-fiber face plate as input window,FPS system as scan system and rugged structure is introduced in this paper.The vidicon features a series of new perfor- mances and has potential applications. Finally,the latest development of FPS vidicon is briefly introdu- ced.It is predicted that the wide applications of all electrostatic vidiconwill make vacuum camera tube a strong position in competition with solid state devices.
