摘要
高等教育的大众化,作为中国教育普及和提高全民素质的教育产物的民办高校应运而生,面对激烈的市场竞争,民办院校如何得到社会的认可获得一席之地呢？本文就民办院校就业指导工作现状进行分析并提出相应的对策。
Higher education is growing in popularity and many private colleges have been founded which are facing with sharp market competition to achieve recognition.The article analyses the existing problems of employment guidance in private colleges,and some solutions are offered.
