摘要
介绍了高风温无焰燃烧技术原理 ,并对其进行了数值计算。其湍流流动采用k -ε模型 ,燃烧采用混合燃烧模型 (考虑混合分数和概率密度函数PDF) ,耦合蒙特卡洛辐射传热模型 ;NOx 模型采用Zel’dovich温度型NOx生成模型和DeSoete快速反应型NOx 生成模型。给出了温度场和NOx 浓度场分布。计算结果与实验值十分吻合。
In this paper, the numerical simulation of low oxygen high temperature air flameless combustion technology is conducted. The k-ε model and mixed-is-burnt model are employed in turbulence and combustion, and Monte-carlo model is also employed in radiation. NOx production is modeled by thermal model and prompt model. The prediction of temperature and NOx formation are given out. The numerical results are agreement with experimental measurements.The characters of technology of high temperature air flameless combustion is given out.
