摘要
本文确定了城市生活垃圾、木块等生物质的成分、发热量、灰熔点等基本特性。在截面为 71 0mm× 345mm的固定床气化炉内 ,采用空气作为气化剂 ,对垃圾、木块等生物质进行了气化试验研究。生成煤气的成分为 :CO 1 5.8% ,H2 7.5 % ,CH42 .9% ,煤气的热值为 450 8.8kJ/m3。气化效率可高达 73 %。测定并分析了炉内温度分布和各气化层的厚度 ,研究了物料的物理化学性质。
This paper presents the composition analysis, heating value and the ash melting point of domestic refuse, wood and other biomass. The material pretreated is put into a fixed bed gasifier with a size 710 mm×345 mm. The air is used as gasifying agent. The component of the gas: CO 15.8 %, H 2 7.5 %, CH 4 2.9 %, and the heating value of the gas is around 4 508.8 kJ/ m 3. The gasification efficiency reaches 73 %. Besides measuring and analyzing the temperature distribution in the fixed bed gasifier and the thickness of gasifying layers, the paper also concentrates on the influence of the physical chemistry characters of material, operational conditions and structure of gasifier on the result of gasification.
