摘要
通过对广西南丹里湖瑶族自治乡白裤瑶的实地调研,本文以广西南丹里湖瑶族自治乡白裤瑶婚姻习惯法的演变为视角,揭示民族习惯法的演变规律,透视民族融合是自然的历史过程。希望通过挖掘民族习惯法的文化价值,更好地促进民族融合。
Based on the field investigation of Baiku Yao nationality in Nandan County of Guangxi,this article reveals the evolution law of customary law from the angle of Baiku Yao＇s marriage customs,and it shows that national amalgamation is a natural historical progress.To excavate the cultural value of national customary law can promote the national amalgamation better.
