摘要
目的:建立消核片中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水-二乙胺(70∶30∶0.03)为流动相,蒸发光散射检测器。结果:贝母素甲和贝母素乙在1.766～5.520μg(r=0.999 5)和1.280～4.000μg(r=0.999 8)之间线性关系良好,回收率为99.1%和98.6%,RSD为1.8%和2.0%。结论:该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高。
Objective： To determine peimine and peiminine in Xiaohe tablets by HPLC.Method： A Diaonsil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column was used with acetonitrile-water-diethylamine（55∶ 45） as the mobile phase and ELSD as the detector.Result： The linear range was 1.766-5.520 μg（r=0.999 5） and 1.280-4.000 μg（r=0.999 8） with the average recovery of 99.1% and 98.6%,and RSD of 1.8% and 2.0% for peimine and peiminine,respectively.Conclusion： The method is simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency.
