摘要
目的建立矮地茶配方颗粒中岩白菜素和槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法以Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.1%(体积分数)H3PO4(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长256 nm,柱温30℃。结果岩白菜素在0.082 5~1.32μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为1.62%。槲皮苷在0.022 8~0.364 8μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.21%,RSD为1.87%。结论该方法精密度、重复性良好,可为矮地茶配方颗粒质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish an method for determining bergenin and quercitroside simultaneously in Ardisiae Japonicae Herba Dispensing Granules.Methods HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18 column(4.6mm×250 mm,5 μm)at 30 ℃ with the mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.And the ultraviolet detection wavelength was 256 nm.Results The linear range of bergenin was 0.082 5-1.32 μg(r=0.999 6),and the average recovery ratio was 99.45 %(RSD=1.62%).The linear range of quercitroside was 0.022 8-0.364 8 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery ratio was 99.21%(RSD=1.87%).Conclustion The method is accurate with good repeatability,which may provide reference evidence for the quality control of Ardisiae Japonicae Herba Dispensing Granules.
