摘要
目的探讨局麻下经耻骨上膀胱造瘘途径治疗膀胱结石的方法。方法对26例各种病因所致膀胱结石患者于肾镜或输尿管镜下应用超声气压弹道碎石清石系统进行治疗。结果所有病例均一次碎石成功，碎石时间15-45min，未出现并发症，无结石残留。结论该方法安全可靠，损伤轻微，操作方便，治疗费用低，尤其适合治疗老年高危膀胱结石患者。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic method about bladder stone by suprapubic endoscopy under local anestheria. Method Bladder stonesusing ultrasonic pneumatic lithotripsy stone clearance system nephrolithotomy or ureteroscopy treatment caused 26 cases of various etiologies. Result All patients were once gravel, crushed stone time 15-45 min, no complications, no residual stones. Conclu- sion This method is safe, reliable, slight damage, easy to operate, low cost of treatment, especially for the treatment of elderly high-risk patients with bladder stones.
