高龄2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白和肌酐比值的相关因素研究

摘要 目的通过分析高龄(i〉80岁)2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者尿微量白蛋白(MA)和肌酐(Cr)比值的独立相关因素,来寻找减少高龄T2DM患者MA排泄的方法。方法对442例高龄T2DM患者进行动态血压、血液生化指标、尿MA和Cr的检测,运用logistic回归分析方法筛选高龄T2DM患者MA/Cr的独立相关因素。结果高龄T2DM患者MA/Cr的独立相关因素有24hSBP(β=0.072,P〈0.01)、年龄(β=0.102,P〈0.05)、T2DM病程(β=0035,P〈0.05)和空腹血糖水平(β=0.213,P〈0.05)。结论积极防治T2DM,并控制24hSBP水平,可能是减少高龄T2DM患者MA排泄的重要方法。 Objective To investigate the factors related to microalbuminuria/creatinine ratio (MA/Cr) in diabetic patients aged 80 and over. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 422 diabetic patients aged 80 and over. All patients underwent 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, blood chemistry measurement and urinary MA and Cr measurement. Univariate analysis and logistic analyses were applied to examine the independent associated factors of MA. Results pendent associated factors of MA/Cr included 24h-systolic blood pressure (SBP) (β =0.072, P〈0.001),age (β=0.102 The inde P〈0.05) the course of diabetes mellitus (,8 =0.035, P〈0.05),and fasting glucose (β =0.213, P〈0.05). Conclusion To effectively contro diabetes mellitus and 24h-SBP may reduce MA in diabetic patients aged 80 and over.
