科研选题需经历信息收集、课题论证,撰写项目书等基本环节。信息贯穿于科研选题的始终,在科学研究过程中,信息规定着科学研究的方向、目标、内容,直接影响科学研究的途径、方法,决定科学研究成果的水平、价值和发展前景。信息对于科研选题起着导向、规范和引导作用,是科学选题的前提和依据。基于信息基础,选题才能把握正确方向、才能有深度、有价值和意义,科技创新才得以彰显。
The choice of theme of scientific research is the process of collecting information,argument and writing project issue.And the information is pervading the process.Information determines the direction,purpose,content of scientific research,influences the methods and ways of scientific research,and also affects results of the achievements as well as value, further development. Regulative and normative roles are played in choosing theme of scientific research by information.So information is premise and reason concerning the choice.Theme based on information is correct and significant,showing its scientific and technological innovation.
