摘要
随着医患关系矛盾的尖锐化,医患关系的严峻现状已经影响到临床教学工作.有些患者增加了自我保护意识,不希望与自己诊疗无益处的医学生参与诊疗,临床带教医师不愿承担风险,在很多临床操作上不敢放手让学生做,以致实习变见习。针对性的分析其中原因并研究其对策,期望能够构建和谐的医患关系,提高临床教学整体水平,以保证临床教学质量以及临床实践教学正常运行。
The serious relationship between doctors and patients has affected the clinical education. Patients has intensified self protection aware- ness and refused the medical students' diagnosis and treatment without benefits, and teaching physicians disapprove student to participate in the clinical manipulation for the potential risk so that the internship changes to novitiate. The study investigated the factors and designed the strategies to improve doctor-patient relationship and clinical education for high quality and normal operation.
