摘要
通过对一起医院感染引起医患纠纷赔偿案的思考,针对当前医院感染的管理与预防等问题进行探讨。提出应转变观念,充分认识加强医院感染管理的重要性,落实医院感染防控措施,实施和患者有效的沟通和告知,才可以保障医患双方权益,从而有效避免医疗损害责任的发生。
This study investigated the problems in management and prevention strategies for hospital-based infection, based on one compensation ease in a medical dispute about a hospital-based infection. And hospitals should change concepts, comprehend the importance of control hospital-based infection, implement preventive measurements, and carry out effective communication and inform with patients, for protecting both benefits and reduc- ing the occurrence of medical damage.
