摘要
从生态学视角,将研究生科研创新能力当作生态环境中的有机体,分别从宏观系统、外系统、中间系统和微观系统四个种类的生态系统阐述生态环境对新疆高校研究生科研创新能力的制约影响,并提出提升新疆高校研究生科研创新能力的对策。构建开放的社会环境、树立创新理念;优化课程设置、加强学术交流;强化导师作用,营造学术氛围;培养专业兴趣,建立有效的激励机制。
From the view of ecology,taking the graduate students ability of scientific research and innovation as the ecological environment of the organism,respectively analyzing the restrict and influence of Xinjiang universities graduate students＇ scientific research innovation ability from four types of ecological environment of the macro system,external system,intermediate system and microcosmic system ecosystem,the article put forward the countermeasures to promote Xinjiang University Graduate Students＇ scientific research innovation ability.Constructing the open social environment and establishing innovation concept;optimizing the curriculum and enhancing academic exchange;strengthening the function of tutors and building the academic atmosphere;cultivating the professional interest and establishing an effective incentive mechanism.
