摘要
为了分析房地产投资对经济增长的影响,运用协整理论、Granger因果关系检验及误差修正模型对辽宁省房地产投资与经济增长关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:辽宁省房地产投资与经济增长之间存在长期协整关系;短期内房地产投资与经济增长之间存在双向因果关系;经济增长在短期内对房地产投资的拉动作用要比长期更加明显.
In order to analyze the influence of real estate investment on economic growth,co-integration theory,Granger causality test and error correction model were adopted to analyze the relationship between real estate investment and economic growth in Liaoning.The empirical result shows that there exists long-term co-integration relationship and a short term two-way Granger causality between real estate investment and economic growth.Compared with the long-term effects,the pushing effect of economic growth on real estate investment is more evident in the short term.
