颌下腺切除后大鼠睾丸间质细胞的组织化学观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :探讨表皮生长因子对大鼠睾丸间质细胞合成睾酮的影响。方法 :用组织化学和图像分析方法对颌下腺切除后不同时期大鼠睾丸间质细胞中与睾酮合成有关的一些酶和代谢物变化进行了研究。结果 :大鼠颌下腺切除 3周后 ,睾丸间质细胞中 3β 羟基甾体脱氢酶、非特异性酯酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性和脂类含量无明显变化 ,乳酸脱氢酶活性明显降低 ;术后 5周 ,4种酶的活性均明显降低 ,脂类含量明显增多 ;术后 7周的变化与 5周相似 ,4种酶活性仍维持在较低水平 ,脂类含量明显增多。结论 :内源性的表皮生长因子缺乏可能导致大鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮合成功能降低。 Objective: To study the influence of EGF (epidermal growth factor) on synthesis of testosterone in rat Leydig cells. Methods: After excision of submaxillary gland, changes of enzymes and metabolite related to testosterone synthesis in Leydig cells were studied through enzyme histochemistry and image analysis. Results: 3 weeks after excision of submaxillary gland,3β hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β HSD), non specific esterase (NSE), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activities and amount of lipid in Leydig cells were not changed significantly. However, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity was decreased significantly. 5 weeks after the operation,the activities of 3β HSD,NSE, SDH and LDH were decreased significantly, and amount of lipid was increased . 7 weeks after the operation,the changes of enzymes and lipid were similar to those in the 5 th week, and the activities of four enzymes were still at the low level. Conclusion: The deficiency of endogenous EGF may lead to the decline of testosterone synthesis in rat Leydig cells. (J Beijing Med Univ, 2000,32:167 169)
