摘要
目的 :通过对 Ti- 75合金铸流率 (castability)的研究 ,为 Ti- 75合金临床应用提供合理的铸造参数。方法 :采用网状试样法 ,对 Ti- 75合金、纯钛及 Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金在 3种铸模温度下的铸流率进行评价。结果 :Ti- 75合金在室温铸造时其铸流率明显低于纯钛及 Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并用室温组 Ti- 75合金在室温铸造时其铸流率明显低于 30 0℃及 6 0 0℃组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :为保证临床义齿铸造的完整性 ,Ti-75合金铸造时铸模温度应在 30 0℃以上。
Objective:To evaluate the castability of Ti 75 alloy and find out the feassible method for casting Ti 75 alloy in clinic. Methods:The mesh castability (%) of Ti 75 alloy, pure titanium(Ti) and Ti 6A1 4V alloy at room temperature,300 ℃ and 600 ℃were examined.Results: At room mold temperature, the castability of Ti 75 alloy , pure titanium and Ti 6Al 4V alloy were 84.65,94.93 and 94.63 respectively ( P <0.01) Ti 75 vs Ti or Ti6A1 4V. at 300 ℃,those were 96.17,96.42 and 96.12,and at 600 ℃ those were 97.60,97.90 and 97.30,respectively ( P >0.05).Conclusion: the optimal mold temperature for Ti 75 alloy casting is 300 ℃
