摘要
目的 :分析全下颌改良杆卡式种植覆盖义齿种植体固位杆上加载义齿人工牙上加载的应力分布。方法 :三维各向异性有限元法。结果 :种植体界面骨组织的最大应力出现在种植体颈部周围的骨质界面 ;种植体的最大应力位于种植体骨外段的近、远中面 ;两种加载条件下 ,种植体的应力峰值有一定差别 ,种植体骨界面的应力峰值差别不大 ,但二者的应力分布有差异 ;牙弓后部牙槽嵴粘膜中的应力峰值及应力分布均有差别。结论 :义齿上加载与固位杆上加载的应力分布有差异 ,义齿上加载更接近临床状态。
obiective:To study the stress distributions of modified bar clip implant borne overdenture in the edentulous mandible under vertical loads on the bar and on the artificial teeth.Methods:Three dimensional anisotropic finite element method was employed. Result:The highest stress in the bone implant interface was found at the neck of the implants in the upper cortical layer while the highest stress in implants at the upper and mesial or distal part of implants themselves.In both loading conditions,the stress peaks in implants and the stress distribution in bone implant interface were different.But the stress peaks in bone implant interface were similar.Besides,the stress peaks and distribution in the membrane located in the posterior part of ridge were different.Conclusion:The stress distribution under vertical loads on the bar is differeict from that on the artificial teeth.
