摘要
目的 :总结报告简便腹式全子宫切除术的方法和经验。方法 :对 90例子宫全切术进行了改进和简化 ,采用下腹横行小切口钝性拉开腹壁 ,集束法处理子宫韧带 ,筋膜下脱袖式切除子宫 ,不处理主韧带和宫骶韧带 ,盆腔腹膜间断缝合 3针 ,简化关腹步骤 ,皮外不缝线或仅缝 1～ 3针。结果 :该术式简便快速、出血少、损伤小、恢复快、伤口美观、对术后性生活影响小 ,深受患者欢迎。结论 :简便腹式子宫全切术优于传统术式 ,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the method with the simple and convenient minilaparotomy hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 90 hysterectomies were performed by means of small transverse skin incisions (4～8cm).The abdominal wall were pulled open bluntly.The uterine ligaments were cut off in bundles.The intrafascial hysterectomy was performed by separating cervical fasciae from the cervix,eliminating the need to cut off cardinal and uterosacral ligaments.By using three needles to suture the pelvic peritoneum at intervals and simplifying steps of closing abdominal wall,there are only from 0～3 stitches in skin.Result:This method of hysterectomy is simple,convenient and fast,wish less bleeding and damaging to tissues,quicker recovery,and less unsightly abdominal incision more pleasing to eye,and less of an impediment to postoperative sexual intercouras.Conclusion:The simple and convenient minilaparotomy hysterectomy has significant advantages over the traditional hysterectomy.
