摘要
骨的代谢平衡决定不同时期骨量的变化 ,妇女骨密度 (BMD)与体内性激素含量密切相关 ,决定日后骨折的危险性。性激素通过影响骨代谢平衡对 BMD起作用。雌激素减少骨吸收、降低骨重塑而起阻止骨质丢失、增加 BMD的作用。外源性雌激素已广泛应用于因雌激素不足所致骨质疏松的替代疗法。内源性孕激素加快骨重塑 ,其不足可致妇女BMD下降。合成孕激素中 19—去甲睾酮类的左旋 18—甲基炔诺酮、炔诺酮增加 BMD,甲孕酮对 BMD影响的报道结论不一 ,可能因试验方法、测量标准不一所致。介绍近几年应用较多的性激素对妇女 BMD影响的研究 。
Bone mass correlates with the balance of bone metabolism.The changes of bone mineral density(BMD) are in association with sex hormones in women body,which is a determinant to the future bone fracture risk.By influencing the balance of bone metabolism sex hormones take effects on BMD.Estrogen reduce bone absorption and bone reformation as to prevent bone loss and increase BMD.Exogenous estrogen is clinically a replacement to osteoporosis for estrogen insufficience.Endogenous progestin increase bone reformation,its reduction leads to low BMD in women.Levonorgestrel and Norethisterone,19 Norprogestogens,can increase BMD.Information about the effects of DMPA on BMD is not consistent,possibly due to the differences of methods and criteria.This material includes researches of BMD in women treated with sex hormones that are widely used today.
