摘要
目的了解云南省华宁县居民户食用盐碘含量及碘盐普及情况,为制定碘缺乏病综合防制措施和确保实现消除碘缺乏病目标提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对华宁县2011—2012年居民户碘盐监测资料进行分析。结果共监测居民户食用盐600份,碘盐覆盖率为98.50%,碘盐合格率为62.44%,合格碘盐食用率为61.50%,非碘盐率为1.50%。结论华宁县碘盐覆盖率已达国家标准,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率未达到国家标准,应该加强碘缺乏病危害宣传和监管力度,完善碘盐生产、监管、检测体系,实现消除碘缺乏病目标。
[Objective] To understand the iodine level and consumption status of iodized salt among residents in Huaning County of Yunnan Province,and provide evidence for developing iodine deficiency disorders comprehensive control measures and ensuring the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze iodized salt monitoring data of Huaning household from 2011-2012.[Results] A total of 600 samples of edible salts were tested.The iodined salt coverage rate was 98.50%.The rate of qualified iodized salt was 62.44%.The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 61.50% and the non-iodized rate of 1.50%.[Conclusion]The iodine salt coverage rate has met the national standard for iodine deficiency disorders elimination.But both the rate of qualified iodized salt and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt did not met the national standard for iodine deficiency disorders elimination in Huaning County.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and supervision of iodine deficiency disorders hazards,to improve the system of production,supervision and testing,so as to achieve the goal of iodine deficiency disorders elimination.
