摘要
目的 :建立氟吗西尼及其注射液的含量测定方法。方法 :反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为TURNER的Kromasil-ODS柱 ,2 0 0mm× 4 6mm ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 ( 5 0∶5 0 ) ;流速 :1 0mL·min-1,检测波长为 2 4 3nm ;内标 :香草醛。结果 :氟吗西尼在 80~ 4 0 0ng范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9999。制剂的回收率为98 6% ,RSD =1 5 % (n =5 )。结论
Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of flumazenil and injection.Method:The ODS reversed-phase column was used,mobile phase:methanol-water (50∶50),flow rate of 1 0 mL·min -1 and vanillin as internal standard.The detection was carried out with an UV detector (λ=243 nm).Results:The calibration curves were linear between 80~400 ng ( r =0 999 9),the average recovery was 98 6%.Conclusion:This RP-HPLC method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for the determination of flumazenil and injection.
