摘要
目的 :建立肉桂油中桂皮醛的含量测定方法和鉴定挥发性化学成分。方法 :气相色谱法 ,3mm× 4m不锈钢柱 ,10 %PEG - 2 0M为固定液 ,ChromosorbWAW 60~ 80目担体 ,FID检测器 ,柱温 190℃ ;气质联用 ,以HP - 5毛细管柱 ,柱温起始 12 0℃保持 5min后 5℃·min-1升温至 15 0℃保持 7min ,检测质荷比范围 10~4 2 5。结果 :桂皮醛在 2~ 10mg·mL-1范围内具良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98 3 %~ 10 1 6% ,RSD≤ 1 3 % ,气质联用鉴定了 3 9种化合物。结论 :方法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,可有效排除其它成分的干扰。
Objective:GC method was established for the determination of cinnamic aldehyde in the cinnamon oil and GC-MS method used to identify the volatile compositions in this article.Methods:The GC method using chromosorb WAW with 10% PEG-20M as the stationary phase,and the column temperature was 190 ℃.Hydrogen flame ionization detector was specified.GC/MS condition:using programmed temperature gas chromatography [initial temperature was 120 ℃ maintaining 5 min,and than raising the temperature(5 ℃·min -1 )to 150 ℃ for 7 min],mass-to-electric charge ratio was 10 to 425. Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 2~10 mg·mL -1 of cinnamic aldehydl.The results show that the recoveries were 98 3%~101 6% and RSD ≤1 3% respectively,and cinnamic aldehyde in cinnamon oil can be determinated accurately.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and anti-interference and GC/MS identified 39 different compositions in cinnamon oil.
