摘要
由于Al-Cu合金GPI区的形成与分解能对合金性能产生显著影响,因此研究Al-Cu合金GPI区中应变场及Cu成分也将具有重要的理论价值。基于"固体与分子经验电子理论"(EET),构建了Al-Cu合金GPI区应变场及Cu成分分析模型,计算了GPI区未变形的价电子结构参数统计值,在电子结构层次上分析了GPI区应变场形成原因,预测了GPI区应变场数量级及单原子层中Cu成分,预测结果与实验研究符合很好。
Because the formation and decomposition of GPI zone in Al-Cu alloy could markedly affect the properties of alloy, it was necessary to study the strain field and Ca content of GPI zone in Al-Cu alloy. Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules ( EET), the analysis models of strain field and Cu content of GPI zone were constructed as well as the statistical values of valence electron structure parameters of GPI zone without deformation were calculated; the formation reason of strain field of GPI zone was explained at the electron structure level, and the order of strain field and the range of Cu content in GPI zone were forecasted. Moreover, the forecast results agreed well with the ones studied in the experiment.
