癌症放化疗患者口腔黏膜炎防治的研究现状 被引量：13

摘要 口腔黏膜炎是指口腔黏膜上皮组织的一类炎症和溃疡反应，表现为口腔黏膜的轻度感觉异常、多发红斑、融合性溃疡和出血性损伤。口腔黏膜炎的发生率在接受高剂量化疗药物、头颈部放疗及造血干细胞移植术前预处理的患者中高达90％-100％”。癌症放化疗患者口腔黏膜炎可增加全身感染的危险，延长患者住院时间，严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来国内外关于口腔黏膜炎防治的研究已取得很大进展，现将癌症患者放化疗口腔黏膜炎防治的国内外研究现状综述如下。
