摘要
肝纤维化的形成主要是细胞外基质 (ECM)的过度产生和沉积所致 ,肝脏星形细胞 (HSC)的活化和增殖是多数ECM的细胞来源 ,抑制HSC的活化和增殖是治疗的关键。通过应用免疫组织化学染色的方法 ,观察了调肝理脾方对实验性酒精性肝纤维化大鼠肝脏HSC形态及功能的影响 ,并通过图像分析及统计学处理 ,验证了药物抗酒精性肝纤维化的作用机理和作用效果。结果提示调肝理脾方是通过抑制HSC的活化和增殖 ,从而起到抑制ECM合成的作用。
The liver fibrosis is mainly induced by the overproduction and deposit of extracellular matrix (ECM). And the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) are main sources of the ECM, inhibiting the activation and proliferation of HSC is the key point of the treatment. Through the method of immunohistochemical staining, the effect of Tiaoganlipifang on the rat with experimental alcoholic liver fibrosis was observed and the action mechanism was testified through the image analysis and statistical treatment. The results suggested that Tiaoganlipifang was functionized with inhibiting the synthesis of ECM through inhibiting the activation and proliferation of HSC.
