重组人红细胞生成素对肾衰模型动物作用的观察

摘要 用含 0 75 %腺嘌呤的饲料连续 2 4天喂养大鼠 ,制作成动物肾衰模型 ,造成大鼠贫血 ,再分别采用国产和进口的重组人红细胞生成素 (rhEPO)皮下注射给药 ,观察其对模型动物肾性贫血的作用。结果表明 :国产rhEPO隔日 1次 ,持续注射8周后 ,能使肾衰大鼠的血红蛋白、红细胞和红细胞压积明显上升 ,贫血状态显著改善 。 To observe effect of the rhEPO to animal model,we fed 0.75% adenoid to rats for 24 days to set up animal model of adenine,so the rats were induced anaemia.Then they were injected sc with rhEPO produced by home and foreigner respectively one time two days for 8 weeks.The results showed the native rhEPO could significant elevate the level of Hb、RBC and Ht,and reduce anaemic condition of rats,the effect of the native rhEPO is name as the importation.
